Walter Scott

Looks like a routine stop.He ran from his car. Why? That's going to be the big question.Put yourselves in his shoes Have you ever gotten a bad feeling about a situation and your brain says you need to get up on out of here. That brain wave travels to your feet and the next  thing you know, you are on the  move. It's a survival  instinct. Then you're put in check by the police  and your reaction is to get back to where you started. Once back you get a flashback of others facing a similar routine stop and are no longer with us.The brain goes straight for the panic button. I'm not feeling safe, so I'm out of here.He then disappears out of frame. But slows down enough to get caught and tased. Doesn't look like I can call the  police for help. Once again, it's time to get out of harms way. I need to  find a safe place.I just don't want to be shot  and killed.I have too much  to live for. Now there's another camera angle showing an unarmed man running away from being harmed. Eight shots ring out as the movement of his body twitches as he feels the impact of each bullet. He begins to slow down and collapses.
The camera is still rolling.Did I just see  the officer come up to the victim and handcuff him. Not checking for a pulse or any attempt of performing CPR.He's actually walking away, then picks up something and drops it by the body. I'm witnessing  a cover up. The tape counters the official police report. A record of how Walter Scott was murdered for trying to stay alive.
